Do you offer free estimates?

Absolutely! We offer free, no-obligation quotes for all our services—and most estimates are delivered in under 24 hours.

In many cases, we can price your lawn quickly without needing an on-site appointment, so you don’t have to rearrange your day.

Just click the Get Free Quote Button found at the top of the website.

Our Turf Manager reviews your request, measures your property, confirms your turf type, and builds your custom quote.

You’ll get an email with a clear, detailed estimate that outlines your service options and helps you choose the best program for your goals and budget.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

If weather prevents us from servicing your lawn on the scheduled day, we'll automatically reschedule for the next available day. We'll notify you of any changes.

How do I pay for services?

You’ll pay through our RDS Client Portal, where you can set up and manage your account securely. We accept credit cards only, and your card is charged the day after your service is completed.

Want to save? We also offer a discount for paying for the full year in advance.

What makes RDS Lawns different from other companies?

With 30 years of experience, RDS Lawns has built a reputation for reliability, quality, and genuine care. We’re family-owned and family-run, with two generations working together, and we’re proud to be one of the largest and longest-standing family-owned lawn care companies in the Charlotte area.

What also sets us apart is our people: we employ full-time Route Managers (not seasonal temps) and invest in them with healthcare, retirement, and paid vacation. When you choose RDS, you’re not just getting a healthier lawn—you’re also supporting a great local job for a Charlotte-area resident.

Are you locally owned? How long have you been in business?

RDS Lawns has been locally owned and operated since 1996. We are proud to be celebrating our 30th year in business in the Charlotte-Metro area.

Will I have the same technician each visit?

Our Route Managers run a dedicated territory and treat the same lawns consistently, which builds trust and long-term results. They get to know you and your lawn, and they’re trained to spot issues early and communicate them to you and our team.

Do you guarantee results? What happens if I’m not satisfied?

A beautiful lawn is a process—not a one-time quick fix. Most lawns take 12–18 months to go from “struggling” to “thriving,” and results can vary based on mowing habits, watering, rainfall, and temperature. Our job is to partner with you, follow a proven plan, and keep your lawn improving season after season.

If you’re ever not satisfied, we’ll meet you at your property, walk the lawn with you, and talk through what you’re seeing so we can make the right adjustments moving forward. And if you ever decide we’re not the right fit, you can cancel anytime—there are no contracts.
